What we ask of partners
We ask the same five things of every agent, tow operator, and locksmith who takes a BCR assignment.
- Licensed or registered wherever your state requires it
- Bonded
- Insured, with at least: $1M auto liability, $1M general liability, $1M wrongful repossession, $350K garage keepers, $50K on-hook, and workers’ comp as your state requires
- Background checks for everyone who works our assignments
- Recoveries carried out under the FDCPA and your state’s repossession laws
