BCR Driver is the app for drivers who work for our partner recovery agents. Your agent invites you; jobs arrive as notifications; you accept, drive, photograph the vehicle and close the recovery from one screen. Coming soon to iPhone.
Your agent adds you. The invitation does the rest.
A recovery agent adds a driver on the partner portal’s Drivers page, rolling out to our partners now, with a name, phone and email. The invitation is emailed on its own. The driver sets a password from the link, signs in to BCR Driver, and the app locks with Face ID or a passcode when the phone has been put away.
At least 12 characters, with upper and lower case, a number and a symbol. You’ll sign in to BCR Driver with it.
A notification, a tap, and the job is open.
When your agent assigns you a recovery, your phone gets a push with the vehicle and area. Tapping it opens the job directly: the vehicle, the recovery location, and a six-step tracker from Received to Done. Accept, and your agent sees it.

Your dispatcher sees you move.
Tap Directions and your phone’s own Maps app takes you there. Once you’ve accepted a job, BCR Driver shares your position as you move, at most every ten seconds, so your agent’s dispatcher and BCR see where you are and how far you are from the vehicle. Tap I’ve Arrived when you pull up.

Photograph the vehicle. The app handles the signal.
Capture the front, rear, left and right. Each photo uploads on its own, with a retry if one fails. No signal in the lot? Photos and status changes queue on the phone and send when you’re back online. Complete Recovery unlocks once the first photo is up.
Complete the job. Your agent has the record.
Complete Recovery closes the job on your phone and the tracker reaches Done. Your agent sees every step with its time and every photo you took. Pay stays between you and your agent, so the app shows no amounts.

Location sharing on your terms.
These screens are planned, not built yet: an on-duty switch so location is shared only while you’re on duty, a plain-language prompt when you switch it on, and a location history you can read and delete. Planned
