Coast to coast, one network.
Recovery agents and tow partners across the country, so our network can pick up a vehicle within 2 days. Every agent is scored on the work they do, and every assignment is ranked before it goes out.
Agents and prospects across the lower 48.
Every dot is a location in our agent and prospect directory, rounded so no one is identifiable. Pick a radius to draw it around every location, then click the map or choose a city to drop a pickup pin and see the three nearest.
Dots are approximate agent and prospect directory locations, rounded; most are prospects, not yet approved partners. Rings are straight-line radii, not drive times. Basemap: us-atlas (Natural Earth and US Census data, public domain).
Every agent is scored on the work they actually do.
Agents are scored 0 to 100 on a rolling 90-day window, blended from seven weighted factors: pickup speed, ETA reliability, billing, reliability, documents, communication and politeness. Gold is 75 and up, Silver 50 and up, Bronze below that. An agent with fewer than five data points shows as Unrated and is never excluded from assignment, and an agent on billing watch cannot display Gold until the behaviour clears.
Weights shown are the scoring model’s defaults; our team can tune them. Agent names and figures on these cards are fictional.
Three suggested agents, ranked before anyone rolls.
Candidates are measured from each agent’s nearest active, unblocked location and grouped into 30-mile distance bands. Within a band the higher score ranks first; unrated agents rank by distance below scored ones and are never excluded. The shortlist is re-ranked on road miles, ETAs account for traffic at the time of dispatch, and cost is the agent’s contracted fee for the case’s order type.
